Danielle Feliciano holds a BFA in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has practiced art making all of her life. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

It was designed and bound by Danielle Feliciano of Panthera Press. The illustrations were done in ink, graphite, watercolor, and gouache on Arches hotpress. It was designed to illustrate the heritage of decorative letterforms and the ways the many modern forms relate to the antiquated. The book flows from simple, sleek letterforms into more complex and ornate styles. These hand drawn letter-forms make reference to historic styles like engravers script and employ celtic design elements. Still, the varied forms are all uniquely filtered through the aesthetic of the artist herself. Digitally printed accordion-style book, all illustrations by Danielle Feliciano. |
