Venezia a febbraio is a portrait of Venice in February. The book contains a sound work, recorded there in 2011, and a series of original drawings, in the style of eighteenth century Venetian artists executed in pen and brown ink, brown and grey wash. The cover is an original design that is letterpress printed. The end papers are original drawings based on Venetian marbled paper.

Thomas Parker Williams lives and works in Philadelphia, PA, USA. His work includes hand-made artist book editions, unique book works, printmaking, and painting. Some of his artist book editions contain an audio element – music or sound work – composed, performed, and recorded by the artist. Tom’s artist books are in numerous private and public collections, including King St. Stephen Museum, Szekesfehervar, Hungary,Columbia University, NYC. and Yale University.
