Description
A paper sculpture, using a mathematical puzzle, the tetra-tetra flexagon, that explores the symbol of the Queen of Wands as the image relates to women printers and artists. The text is inspired by recent historical work on the women surrealists. The structure is made from one piece of paper, folded, die-cut and glued together to create a revolving sculpture that has two hidden images. Produced with a Women’s Studio Workshop production grant
