About this piece:
During my second semester of grad school at Vermont College of Fine Arts, I explored the potential of type and making, expanding all of my work into a multi-panel style accordion book. Much of the visual and written material was curated from my grad school writing/research and was compiled to create this graphic journey of my semester’s work. Visuals wrap and are tucked into panels, some created from overlapping and layering typography. Some of the photographs were personal projects I designed and photographed throughout my semester. This book was presented as part of my spring 2017 exhibition.
