About this piece:
Coffee House presents the communal aspect of the traditional gathering space. The sculptural form gently grows upward with an actual coffee house residing at the apex. The base has an entry in the form of a doorway containing a handmade journal inviting all to enter and make their mark or begin a conversation.

About the artist:
Wade Brickhouse is a native North Carolina artist now residing in Chattanooga, Tennessee with his wife, 2 cats and 2 Italian greyhounds. All of which are a constant source of inspiration.
After studying architecture, Wade spent twenty eight years in the field of graphic design. He was the sole proprietor of a design studio serving regional and international clients.
